Hi all, well a couple of requests have been made for me to video my new Hotpoint dryer so here it is in action. I've had it a couple of months now and its working great. Its one of the best dryers out of all the Servis, Hoover, Creda, White knight machines i've had. I've used a previous Hotpoint dryer and it was awful, noisy and too small a door opening. So for once I say well done to Indesit for getting this right. Quick, quiet and looks nice too!

Model is the Hotpoint VTD00 vented dryer

Kyle, thanks, no my main washer is the Hoover Vision original version plus a Hoover New wave plus 5 for occasional use. I only changed from my servis dryer cause i updated my appliances to silver and have a Hotpoint (Bosch) Ultima Graphite dishwasher so after inspecting the Hotpoint dryer i decided it was worth buying as the servis one in silver doesn't really match the colour well.

I haven't found anything negative about this dryer to be honest so am well happy!

ooo thats cool, i've always wanted to see a hoover vision washer in action, could you make some vids of it, as well as the hoover new wave plus 5 washer, i've thought about getting a hoover softwave if i can find one, i love the fill flume (the hole in the top of the door seal that is connected to the drawer recess, which flushes water down the front of the glass door when it is filling) its fun to watch, i remember when my mum used to work for Kleeneeze in 1997 and we went to this ladies house for a cup of tea and her washing machine was on and it was a hoover softwave washing with Ariel Futur.

old hoovers are a legend, so are old hotpoints and zanussis

Yeah, does a fab job of cleaning clothes whatever mess they r in. Long wash times though about 2 hours 17 mins at 60 deg though the fast wash button cuts 50 mins off which seems to clean pretty good. I just love watching it and that sweet little motor noise it makes.
