The problem could be anything from a worn drive belt to a broken shock or other support. The drive belt is very easy to replace, and on these early Neptunes you could cinch up the motor to put more tension on the old belt, too. Could also be a bad motor/controller. Hard to say, really. But I'd try a new belt first.
