Eeeeeeeewwww...a tiny plastic indexing tub that could barely hold a pair of jeans made this washer virtually USELESS. I saw the exact same model at A-1 and it didn't have any entertaining options either. If I bought a WCI portable it would be the GE Spacemaker version; it's a little different with a rear-mounted recirculating filter and an "angel-wing" agitator.

Dave, you never cease to amaze me. A new house with a couple of sets of stacked frontloaders and -- does this mean you now have some space where you could start a select vintage collection? |

Dave, the collection display you describe is by our website founder Unimatic1140 (Robert). It could also be Gansky's collection. Either way, these two collectors boast of Movie star washer and tv stars.

We had the older model GE Spacemaker washer which looks almost exactly like the one in the auction, plastic tub and all. In fact the control panels looked so much alike thought it was a GE washer.
