Hello,

Our original KDI-17 Kitchen Aid Imperial by Hobart dishwasher needs a new timer.

I understand this part is no longer available as a replacement part, so I am seeking help from the community as to where I might be able to find a working timer for our dishwasher. The part # is 4162941

Call Midwest Timer Service 800-253-7260

They should still have these, rebuilt, but that's about your last hope. If they don't have any on the shelves, they'll probably be able to rebuild your old one.

Thanks everyone, I found a replacemnt timer from http://www.affordableappliance.com and that solved the problem.

My KDI-17 is as good as new.
