this looks like a prewar or poss. very early post war westinghoude dishwasher combo semi auto dishwasher. I would go for it myself if i had the room but it looks like you need the whole thing for it to work. there is a swingout fill port under the faucet. and the drain control is in front of the sink. Too cool! The rest of the kitchen is for sale too, see link. Apparently, these came out of a power company building - in a room they taught cooking classes. That dishwasher does look very early - especially with the manual filling & draining. The other items look to be very early 40's?
