Hey Ricky The earliest I can find listed is for a Bendix 7122/Philco W20- unfortunatly I cant send you the pic as our suppliers website wont let me save it :(. The supplier is Hrs(Electruepart) in Birmingham and their part # is Gsk549. If you cant find anyone local who can order I could send ya one ;). Regarding the felt seal im guessing its the one round the front of the drum?? Seamus |

Hi Seamus jon jetcone has given me an address with details so i have ordered a seal as spare just in case i need one, as regards the felt seal it is the front one, my machine has two but the front one has perished and the spring holding it has become tangled, if i could get some felt 2 inch wide and stitched it i think i could make one , unless you know where one could be sourced, did you keep that dryer you found? Hi Richard Following Jon Jetcones visit here last time, we started to look at sources for the Bendix boots, Homespare, Electrupart & Qualtex we tried, Qualtex is the best, much thicker, its is a DBT07, models 7128, 7147 early etc, you need which is the "Early & Deep" boot, as opposed to the DBT31 which needs some trimming to make it fit...I`ve just set up a trade account with Qualtex so let me know when you need stuff... I`ve not had a chance to look at the felt bearing on the Hoover dryer, it is working fine, but that felt idea seems great, also I think the Maytag dryers use a similar felt roller???help me out here anybody, which might provide another source of spares either from the States or Commercial Laundry spares here in UK......Cheers, Mike Heres Jon servicing Bertha Bendix, CLICK HERE TO GO TO chestermikeuk's LINK |
