3 way pump, no hot water system...saves hot sudsy water. Quick reading had me thinking that somehow a three way pump keeps the hot water in the outer tub which somehow the rinse water bypasses. And I kept thinking something's wrong here. Remember that silly old movie, "The day the earth stood still"? With the giant metallic robot named Gort (?) Sam Jaffe had a great line I've never forgotten. After Michael Reney (sp) tells him how he can shut down all power sources, Sam Jaffe says, all full of wonder and fear and secret envy: "IT CAN NOT BE! IT CAN NOT BE!!" Well......... IT CAN NOT BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Keeps running around in my head, making me laugh. (He also says, "Such power exists?"--hope I have the right movie !) Anyhoo: Happy Saturday to ALL my brothers and sisters in Washerland. It's gonna be 70 here in Buffalo today and I'm off on my bike to visit Dorothy Street. |
