Launderama

Does anybody here remember the Launderama line of comercial washers?They had the mechanism up top and a shoot with a snap shut door,all stainless steel and front loading.You.d load the machine,put the detergent in(most people there would just leave the door to the shoot open and add detergent as it was filling with water.I am positive Westinghouse had something to do with this company.The name of the comercial laundry that had them in Baltimore,Md.was "Sudsville"and run by a man and his sun.It was located in Frankford Plaza just off Moravia Rd.and Frankford Ave.Up the street 2 blocks was FRIGIDAIRE Sales Corporation.Just next door to A.B Dick.
