Was it a new new one or a new old one? Rubber, etc has a shelf life. Is the actuating lever traveling fully? |

I think the rubber shelf-life is the issue here if I were guessing. I noticed the new pump I put in was 10 years old. I would imagine that rubber does better if it's wet ever so often, but not the case with these ones. I ordered another new pump and will get it on Tuesday and do this ALL OVER AGAIN!!! GRRRR!!!! btw the lever works fine. |
