Here is a shot of the Norge at Dr. Manny's shop. He found the cause of the short and repaired it. Timer is OK. He had to rebuild water valve, and is painting cabinet.

Here is Manny with Norge Lid. My '51 Westinghouse is there awaiting repairs and a new boot.

Hi Jon. The only boot possible is the early '80's White Westinghouse gray boot, just like the one Greg Nunn used.
That is major surgery as Manny said he has to take the machine half apart.

Good luck with your Norge progess, Ross. Great pictures. Those Norge's have the neatest looking tubs. What a piece of craftsmanship compared to tubs in modern washers that are mostly molded plastic.

Hmmm... Why does the agitator look wierd to me? When you get it back, can you pop it out of the machine and post a pic? It looks like it is between the angel wing design and the integrated filter design!

Both machines will be beootiful when complete! Congrats!

Looks great Ross, looking forward to seeing that machine at the wash in next year!
