Just got this off Craigslist last night, still works, but leaks a little at the fill flume.
The picture of it is where it sat since the 60's!
My question is how old is it? The letters in the serial number are SH..

My Maytag date list only goes back to 1966. Can anyone help?
I wouldn't want her birthday to go by uncelebrated another year..

CM

My list (the same one I think I forwarded to you) shows
1960 for the year, but I'm not sure about the month.

same one

I think this is the same model I just bought a month ago. I only got it to save it from the crusher. It works and seems to be in good shape. I would be glad for someone to have it. If anyone would like it please e-mail me. jeb ( I want to save space for my dream set)

Yay! We have a birthday!
I didn't want a BOL washer when I went to look at it, but liked the access panel on the back instead of the front.
It's different from the other 'tags in a cool way!
