BEAUTIFUL!

Ohhh WOW John that new Blackstone is beautiful! I've never seen anything but a Blackstone 350 run in real life, so I'll have to come out to Boston and see a 250 for sure!

I love your Bottom-of-the-Line Bendix Duomatic, I see you polished up the controls. That machine was the one where it didn't come with knobs and you took a wrench to those control stems sticking out of the Chrome Panel. Careful don't scratch them!

I bet a Lazy-Boy Recliner will be going in that spot so you can rest up while you are using the Blackstone.

Very nice 250, Jon!

Your fan-spray looks a bit different than in the 150 at full pressure! Much more gentle, almost like a waterfall.

Yes Jon, Greg's machine blows the suds right over the top!
Great machines and surprisingly good roll-over for such a funky looking agitator!

Love that dial on the Bendix----aren't the classics wonderful?!

Don't you just love all the washer "drama" such fun!! It amazes me how well constructed the Blackstone machine is.

THAT IS SOO COOL! I love that 150 I didn't know you had it runnng yet! You've been busy too!

Wow that blows my spray out of the ballpark!

Yes Robert that nice Lazy Boy you have in your livingroom would be perfect!

I love that hatch on the 150

jetcone's profile picture
Robert I use polished VISE GRIPS to get the cycles going on the EconoDuo.

I think I like the styling of the 150-250 alot better than the 350. What do you all think?

I like the big RED knobs and the way the chrome rolls over the front dial-a-control.

That's a very nice looking Blackstone. Yes, the design of the dial-a-control is great. But what is that naked Bendix top picture doing in this thread?

the bendix is a teaser, I was trying to make you all guess what machine was going in beside the Blackstone but I goofed and put the bendix picture up by accident. The EconoDuo goes online this weekend and I have a nice pile of laundry for her and Mr Blackstone. And for the Blackstone I have a nice box of shaved soap flakes I got at Nardeckles when I was visiting Her Highness our devout webmaster!! Can you spell "Suds for Days"???

AND Out in the drivway is a LARGE Crate sitting .... sitting....sitting........

So a busy washer weekend is ahead!

Jon,
I think I know what's in that large crate, waiting to go next to the Blackstone, waiting to be used. Is it what I think it might be?

Jon

that has to be the widest most dramatic fill flo I've ever seen
and I love the drain "slots" ......never seen those before; it's either holes or gashes or one continuous slit.

It's so thrilling. Thank You!

Hi Mikey

They are deep grooves formed into the sides of the tub that quickly seperate and remove the water from the clothes.

These are cool machines.

Yes Fred I think you know whats in the box. Teaser pics to follow later. I need to send you some $$$ for the service manual , haven't forgotten but my time hasn't been my own lately. Hey Fred do you have an extra set of long bolts for the 250 top? I seem to have misplaced mine.

Ross how can you stand the anticipation??

Cheers
jon
