I think there is 7 sheets, a white towel, and the gloves. |

power on, doing a pre-rinse first, then a soak, then I'll choose a cycle. |

I usually never use bleach except for really stubborn stains on whites that will not come out after it has been washed. Although my machine is a cold fill, and the water heats up as the clothes are washing, I have found that my clothes do really well in a FL, moreso than a TL.Plus, the pre wash is usually cold, in my machine that is 85 F.The highest temp, which I only use for sheet clients, is 190 F they have held up great. I believe that dirt will wear something out faster than hot water. When the temp is bumped up in steps, it is much easier on the fabrics.I almost never wash anything with elestic on anything past 140 F, unless it is really dirty, soak is great for that. You have a Gorgious washer.Enjoy it.Good luck on your first load. With Hot, I think that you will be amazed. |

I can't wait to see the reults! As for that being a full load, it's not! The great thing about this washer is you can actually stuff it! Granted, you don't want to be struggling to get the door closed, but because of the wash action, you can REALLY fill it up!!! When we first got our Duet washer, I did 2 weeks worth of laundry in one load! That's 14 full outfits!

at the point of 15 minutes left in the cycle. It is sooo quiet in general. but when it is doing the soak it will turn for a second and then sit for 10 seconds and you wonder if there is something wrong. awesome. |

So it is difficult to show the clothes moving in still pictures. I have a video camera but probably don't have the hardware to connect to my computer. |

Why did you use a liquid for those stains? |

Nice pictures! Thanks! If you want even better results, I agree you should use powder instead of liquid detergent. And I would definitely try the Heavy Duty cycle sometimes, most whites can handle those temperatures. IIRC, the hottest temperature is 153*F (65*C) which isn't that hot for whites. Overhere in Europe we are used to washing whites much hotter. BTW, that salad looks yummie! Louis |

Erik, I'm not sure if there is a thread going on about powder vs liquid, I don't keep up with all the threads these days. Launderess might be able to tell you more about this, she is very knowledgeable on detergent. IIRC it is difficult to keep all the ingredients working in a liquid, powders are much more stabile.
