Theres another one! I believe the vintage is late 1940's, however, a number of folks on our website have them so better wait to hear from them to confirm vintage. |

That is a late 1940s or early 1950s Sears Kenmore Bolt-Down washing machine. I don't know the exact dates of production, but I think it is similar to the Belt-Drive Whirlpool/Kenmore washers through the mid 1980s, except that it lacks the suspension of the other machines and must, therefore, be bolted down to the floor to prevent it from moving around the room. Some other members have this type of machine and can tell you more about it than I can. It looks great, and yes, it does have a spin cycle, it is not a wringer washer missing the wringer.
