This is the same Maytag wringer I was going to buy for $75 on Craigslist almost a year ago, but the owner said someone beat me to the punch by an hour or so. Now they're unloading it for triple the price!

Mine is white with the raised chrome letters and it also has the lint filter agitator. A pink automatic is one thing, but a pink wringer washer just somehow does not seem right. That's just an opinion and we all know that there is no accounting for taste or the lack thereof.

love how sellers modify their description with the words "for its age". good condition, for its age... mint condition, for its age. is it or is it NOT brand new condition?!

Actually, I have to admit that the pink one looks a whole lot better than the avocado model sitting in the LP gas dealer's showroom outside of Annapolis about 20 years ago. Toward the end of production, the E or Master was more expensive than an automatic.

The avocado on the Master wringers did look rather putrid, the store in Early, IA had one that he'd been working on. There were also a couple of pink ones outside, but time and exposure has ravaged them beyond hope.
