Hi:

For some unknown reason the trim cap in the centre of my Maytag dryer's control knob fell off, and its little legs that hold it on are broken. Does anyone have one they could sell me? The dryer is an LDE608, an almond centre-dial machine from the later '70s. It's one of the machines with the crystal centre knob.

If anyone has this, feel free to email me privately.

What color cap?

Apparently i'm not the only one with missing parts!

I have two older Maytag washers both with the crystal center knob, both with the center-dial cap in place. Both are silver/chrome: is that what you need? Otherwise i have the knobs too. Let me know-- email is c_betzler@msn.com. No charge, so long as its not buku dinare to ship. Can't be that much, if its what i think it is!
