I picked up a frigidaire I-18 washer this pass weekend and the washer cycle works fine but when it starts to go into the spin mode the motor cuts out and the machine shuts off ,I think the motor is shot and drawing too much current and shuts the machine down any other thoughts on this ?? Thanks john

Take the belt off, and try it in spin. Might be the trans bearings are bad, causing a drag.
