The best ones always seem to be on the other end of the plan![]() It sure is a challenge finding neat vintage stuff in your own neck of the woods. I have bid on eBay items as far away as Montana (you should have seen the look on my partner Chris's face when I told him that!). Still, the road trip to pick up a new acquistion can be fun. And oh yeah, I am winning the auction so far!!

We drove about 3 hours to get my KDS-17A![]() We had to rent a truck and drive but my partner was really a good sport about it. It was funny I had reserved a small van but they were out so we got this big truck. I should have taken a picture because when we returned and opened the door all that was there was this beautiful KDS-17A strapped to the side of the truck. It would probably have made a great magazine ad.
