This is a 96 Tappan TWX645RB. It seems to be spinning slower than it should be with a full load. When it is empty or with a load two bath towels evenly distributed, the spins are fast. However a load of 4 bath towels or more doesn't get spun fast as it used to.

The timer and pump seems to work the way it should.

It is a 3/4 HP motor with two speeds. I thought it was stuck on the gentle speed until I ran it with an empty drum.

Any ideas? Also I can not find any parts diagrams at fridgidaire. Any out there?

Thanks
-Stefan

Sounds like a worn/stretched belt.
