Here's the inside! It looks like rust in the bottom of the tub, but I think it's just dirty and not rusty. Mark |

I think that was when GE was calling the agitator the Thriftivator. OTOH, maybe it was not GE, but someone used the term. |

GE called their agtitator the ACTIVATOR, Hotpoint used the term Thriftivator for theirs.......perhaps since the companies were closely associated, the same marketing men dreamed up these great names......! |
