First off,a Merry Christmas to all! We have a family heirloom Hoover 0512. It has done yeoman duty through the years and now has an easy life doing the occasional load of delicates .This las t load, the drum would not drain down entirely leaving a few inches of water remaining. Checked the hoses and found no obstructions. No external clues. Our owners manual(if it qualifies as such)is not comprehensive on this situation. Do I need to rebuild the pump and if so are parts available? Thanks
