That is a GE set probably from 1970 or so. It has the plastic lid clips rather than the metal hinges for the lid so that has to put it beyond 1969. I'm guessing it's also probably a lower end model since there is a lower panel and no bleach dispenser. That is probably the v-16 straight vane agitator in there too.
