Hey, go after those! It's a "shredder" but very kewl with a rapid-advance timer, and fairly rare.

FunGuy:

Think of such a post as someone was kind enough to think of the needs/wants/desires of someone else.

Even the act of remembering the city/town and state of another, to me, is a kind act saying "you have been though of today".

In my religion when someone dies one thing that is prayed-for and wished upon the dearly-departed is "May his/her memory be eternal" Even better in my book is to be thought of kindly when still breathing! Perhaps even better yet is to do a good deed that to you is nothing, yet another remembers it for decades.

You are techncially correct, no one here NEEDS anything. That don't mean we don't want to experience and/or own it!
Hang on kid! There is much to see and learn here.

:-)

Remember Funsie, it is VERY important when writing on the web to give clues as to "tone", in that body language and other social clues that are normally helpful (to most) are missing.

Best regards and continued good wishes,
-Steve

Well put Steve...

I agree, it is a kindness to think of others needs/wants. I wish more people did this. If I come across something someone I know might like/want/need I pass the info on to them, and once in a while the favor is returned. And on those occasions it is a nice feeling to know you're being thought of.

Now, if someone thinks of me and tells me where I can get a '59 Frigidaire Custom Imperial washer and dryer in color (or even white) in MI I'd be very thankful. Plus, I'd get the "nice" feeling, knowing someone was thinking of me!
