This is an unusual wringer washer currently on Ebay. Says "semi automatic" on the timer front, and has an attached hose coupler that other wringers don't have. From the Central Rubber and Steel Corporation of Findlay, Ohio.

I wonder if this is one of those machines that squirts water through the wringer, like one Sears had in the 1958 or 59 catalog.

Agitator

Here's a tweaked picture of the agitator. Looks kinda like a cross between Whirlpool and Speed Queen.

Doesn't Whirlpool have a manuf facility in Findlay, OH?

I thought this wringer machine looked very Whirlpool like.
Looking at that agitator with those little vanes between the main blades looks like something typical to WP from that era.

It's a Launderbest...made by ?, for Speigel and Aldens

Hi,

Yes this machine I'm positively sure is named Launderbest. I'm at work and do not have time to give specifics, but do know that they were less than $200.00, had a Lovall wringer, and drain pump.

If I were to guess I would say Whirlpool also. IT looks nothing like what was being produced by Maytag, Easy,Whirlpool-(For Sears), Speed Queen...or even Crosley.

I will post more info after I get home. I wil have to find the cat's that it's in.

Chad
