Just wanted to let everyone know how much I love this site! I don't post very often but I visit almost every day. I always check out the pic of the day first, then discussomat to see what's new. I've loved washing machines for as long as I can remember and as many of you have said, "I thought I was the only one!" I have a couple of washers waiting to be restored but time and space haven't been favorable. I have a '64 Frigidaire dryer and a late 60's, early 70's Hotpoint dryer that both work great and I enjoy "playing" with them.
I have a Frig. WO 65 washer and a early 60's Kenmore washer(will have to get model # later) that I will sell reasonably to anyone interested.
Kudos to the web master and to all of you who have done such beautiful restorations.
I would definately be interested in the WO-65 washer. What condition is it in??? How quickly do you need to get rid of it??? I'm moving to North or South Carolina in May but if you need to get rid of it before then I can arrange to come over and pick it up. Give me what you conisder resonable price and we'll get together. Thanks for the opportunity. Bob O'Rear (Frigidaire Guy) I'll be away from my computer until Wednesday afternoon but you can E-Mail the information to bobeorear@gmail.com Bob
