I am very proud of this new acquisition, a stainless machine . If you want to see more (and inside), it is in the gallery of my site "sans rivale." I must make some checking and I will make a video next week.

What a beast! Is this a commercial machine or was it intended for household use? What's the spinspeed of this machine?

Yes, a beast!

Hi Louis,

It was a commercial machines for small units (5 kg), and for household use in the center of France where it was producted. It should be fixed to the ground.

Wow, the French really love top loaders. And such a variety of models. This one also doesn't seem to have a suspended tub. Does it spin?

french and top loaders

This machine spins at 400 rpm I believe.

The French chose top loading machines in the 1960's because they were closer and less cumbersome. There were few front machines in France. Philips especially sold them and the other front washing machines were from Europe (hoover, bosch, candy, zanussi ...)

tub

I forget: the tub is not suspended as you can see in photos where it's open
