Any idea of the brand? I'm thinking a Norgetag...

It looks like a cross breed between Hotpoint/Maytag?

Tis a GE... At least underneath the cabinet! You can see the very top of the fabric softener dispenser if you look closely... I wonder when these machines were available? Perhaps it's a prototype?

I think----

but am not 100% certain, that it is one of those "RCA" washers GE made in the late 80s.

Could it be a Haier?

I dont think I have ever seen a washer like that one. It could very well be as zipdang says a Haier washer since it seems that they will copy and blend brand designs into something the chinese say "unique". I thought it was a GE since if you look at the lid area its like a GE. Then the panel looks like a NorgeTag. Would be interesting to see the inside.

It looks like there is not a classic timer on this machine but an electronic cycle selector. IIRC those GE RCA's were only made with a timer.

Not sure

but it looks like a GE/Easy model from Mexico

Probably not an RCA

My in-laws have a dead RCA washer in their basement from the early '90s that is obviously a very basic GE Filter Flo. It doesn't look like this one at all.

My vote is that the washer in the photo is a Haier...
