Hi Mark This machine really brings back a lot of memories for me. They are of course Zanussi machines, it's identical in many ways to my S218T. These machines are quite heavy and solid, even more so than the original British Hotpoints. I remember this being pretty stable on spin. The only let down on these machines is the spin performance, I think the spin was only around 500rpm, (Mark are you able to confirm)? They were very quiet having induction motors. I remember they were quite heavy on water too! I love the purple door, very retro! Although in practical terms they dated quickly and I don't remember seeing many Liberators in the 80s. Of course the other thing was the amount you could see through the door, which was very little in low light. Thanks for posting Mark, if you ever can do a vid it would be very much appreciated but I know how much work they are. Rob |
