Hey Guys over the weekend i went to my friends house. She was doing some laundry in her whirlpool and say the she had a new frigidaire double stack front load washer and dryer on top. Anyway it washes nice n' quiet until it starts to spin, it rattles so hard i thought the thing was going fly apart. The Machine is level but and eveything else seems to be o.k i don't have a clue why it does that, if anybody has one or have any knowlege on what could be wrong i would love hear your views and opinion on it. Thanks in advance

More than likely the shipping braces are still inside the washer. Did they remove the 4 yellow shipping "bolts" from the back of the washer? And did they remove the front lower panel to reveal the 2 steel Z shaped shipping straps from the outer tub and the styrofoam shipping block under the outer tub?. If yes to all those then is the machine on a wood floor?. Front load washers love a nice solid floor such as concrete like in a basement. If the leveling legs dont have the lock nuts tightened up against the base of the washer then it can cause that.
I am sure others here can point something else out in case I forgot something....good question!

Come back to Jamaica, your new island home.

BTW is that Jamaica, Queens NYC or the island in the Carribean?

..and by *level* you DO mean all four legs do touch the floor firmly, dontcha?

:-)
