Anyone else here enter APWagner.com's North America's oldest appliance contest?? It ran from Oct to Jan 31. Entrants had to send in a 2 minute entertaining video of their oldest appliance. There were six catagories (I think). Well, I (along with my brother) was the overall GRAND PRIZE WINNER for the absolute oldest appliance. We entered our 1815 ten plate cooking stove. I can't believe it. I've never won anything even remotely close to this, EVER! Like I said, holy sh!!!!!!!T.

OH MY!! What a neat prize!

Is the video you shot still on YouTube? I'm sure we'd all like to see it.

Wow Congratulations!
I wonder what other contestants entered as there oldest running appliance?
Is there a website hosting the contest, and the outcome?
Thanks for sharing your good winnings!

ap wagner oldest appliance contest>

I entered the contest not expecting to win. I did have a 1914 Maytag Wringer. But I was disappointed that my video wasn't posted. Oh well it was fun. Congrats.
