I need to replace the inner bellows on my 1966 Rollermatic. I cannot remove the nut on the pulsater, to remove it. I ended up removing the pulsater and shaft assembly from the bottom. I need to be able to remove the pulstater nut from the pulsater so I can replace the bellows, and reattach them. Does anyone have an exploded view of this assembly? If so, please post it here so I know how this thing comes apart. I do not want to risk damage to anything, as I know replacement parts are rare to find for these machine. Have put the shaft in a vise and tried to loosen the nut to no avail.I do not want to crank too hard on something and break it. Thank you. <: |

The rubber pulsator. This is held in place by a nut with a retaining washer. |

and it will reveal the Water Bellows. The bottom of this bellows is held on by the retaining ring at the base of the inner tub. Use the bellows clip remover or you can use a c-clamp like I did. |

I'm using a C-Clamp that I filed grooves into to keep the clamp from slipping off. |

and it will reveal the Oil Bellows. Again it is held in place at the base with a retaining ring (C-Clamp method again) around the upper portion of the tub nut. |

remove the oil bellows from the tub nut and the bellows should just come right up. Mine did not have a nut holding it down. Please let me know if this helps you out. Davy |

Please let me know if there is anything else you need a picture of. Mine will be in a state of disassembly for a bit while I get the unit as close to 100% as I can. Good luck buddy Dave |
