DONE!

Here you are the washing machine after the hard work of disassembling and cleaning up of all components.

I can assume that my experiment get it goal: no components has been replaced with new one, but whether someone has been found broken I managed to repair it.

The machine here...

The work done...

I didn't need to clean up the inner drum but it was necessary to extract and open the outertub to check ti up and to repair the door seal: this was the only component I think "must be" replaced but eve with a "rubber repair kit" I sewed the little holes (you can see them in ornage)...

Ciao Diomede, congratulazioni! Bellissimo ritrovamento! Non ho mai visto questo modello della Candy. Ha un design molto moderno per l'epoca. Mi piaciono molto le lavatrici Candy fabbricate prima degli '8O. Sai se fa un risciaquo dopo il prelavaggio?

Congratulations! Wery nice find. I've never seen this Candy model before. Great modern design for that time. I love all pre '80 Candy washers. Does this model rinses after the prewash cycle?

Thanks, Ingemar

Ciao Diomede, congratulazioni!

Ingemar, COMPLIMENTS to you! Neither I could speak in a such correct Italian!

THANKS all the others of course!

I've just finished the restoration and honestly there are some little things to be checked up yet, so be patien a little more to see this machine wash...

I've not tried all cycles yet to see whether it does a rinse after the prewash...
BIO is a soak cycle that lasts until 12hs in warm water but you're allowed to stop it early to make the cycle advance to the desired cycle.
