Actually

We are living in an alternate reality where Maytag is still their own company and producing bullet-proof machines. I recently bought a set very similar to this in 2005, very solid.

Tuthill, I reject my reality and substitute yours. Yours sounds so much better!

As a historic preservationist, it is my job to live in the past. The advantage of this is that while there may only be one present, there is a seemingly endless supply of pasts from which to choose! I have made my choice, how about you?

People who know me accuse me of "living in the past." Maybe I should become a historic preservationist so I have a good excuse!

Another way that set could be 3 years old: It was used on another planet with far longer years than earth.

This is the biggest truth ever stated. The past changes simply by one's interpretation and CURRENT way of thinking.

Looking backwards to events gone-by, they look ENTIRELY different once intepreted by today's thought process (in the individual recalling it). One can choose to harp on and recall the fabulous, the positive or the negative or anywhere in between.
