The patent is written by General Electric, but the diagrams show a Beam machine...? Did some pages get scrambled?

Look closely at the Fluid-Drive assembly Peter, its the Hotpoint version of the Fluid-Drive. Its a Hotpoint designed Beam machine. I suspect that this drawing came from a earlier Hotpoint patent and since GE by then owned Hotpoint it makes sense that they can use it. All the Hotpoint patents have GE in the name.

The Dryer..

It does resemble a Hotpoint/GE. At first I was thinking Westinghouse, due to the funky fabric softener dispenser, but when I saw Mini-Basket, I knew it had to be some sort of special design Hotpoint/GE model.

OOOPS!!

Guys, I'm sorry. I was talking about the PIC of the Day! But it still looks GE'ish to me.
