I've been out of town for work and just itching to get back at the dishwasher... Last weekend, I gave it a water test and was horrified to find the pump chamber leaked slightly! I patched it up with some epoxy and I hope that will do it. The good news is that I powered it up and A) my rewiring held and B) just about everything seems to work normally!! The timer ran, the motor and drain pump ran, and the calrod heater got hot! I need to try testing the water inlet solenoid - hopefully this weekend. If that works, I'll be filming the first cycle for sure! |

Just doesn't seem to work! I rewired it completely; the bulb seems good (tested it with a circuit tester), but when I hook it up to the dishwasher, it won't light. Am I correct in assuming this bulb runs on regular 110V current? I was afraid of vaporizing it if I hooked it up to regular power, 'cause it looks like a flashlight bulb. It kinda reminds of the bulbs on the GE Triple-Whip mixers that have lights. I want to keep the original light, of course... |

Good luck, say do you have a picture of the overall machine? |
