1. What year is this from? 2. What's a Lady Kenmore Rotoswirl doing in a GE washer? 3. The "aircraft-type cable suspension system" is interesting. Did it work any better than other balancing systems? | ||

That's the famous "ramp activator". Very effective wash action with that agitator. The cable suspension I've found to work quite well too. I'd say it's pretty rare that a load goes too out of balance for the machine. The whole machine itself was just such a great design and I was so sad to see it go. Jon | ||
