Well yesterday my mum and I went down to lees new and used appliances and WOW!!!! he sold washers that were like a year old!!! My mum and i looked around and my mum found this antiqe stove sitting tards the back. We also found a kool looking fridgidare DW that he had! and if my mum can get it she will get it. Hopefully she may get that front control stove that he also had.

He ussaly gets his appliances from a pickup that has appliances on it and if he likes some of them he will take them, the rest go to the tacoma junkyard

The guy "Lee" there was pretty nice. He even had very good fridges there for less than $200.00. Sadly we paid $300.00 for our cheap junky roper fridge.

It really helps to examine the item you're interested in very closely for any defects; basically, if it's scratched up or ugly, don't get it! Also, ask what their definition of "refurbished" is; sometimes it's a complete going-over and replacement of key parts, other times it's just a cleaning!!

Many used-appliance stores will negotiate on the price as well; you don't always have to pay what's on the tag. I can usually talk $25-$50 off the original price of the machine and get a decent deal...
