Does this model have a screen at the inlet valve? Mine seems to be having trouble filling. The inlet valve has never been changed. Is it risky to take the line off? Thanks for all of your help!!!

Yes!!!

The fill solenid DOES have a strainer in it. If you remove the valve, it will be easier to work on but you can do it while in the machine too.

The valve is kind of like a "Y" and the strainer is offset to one side and held in place by a nut. If you remove the nut, the screen will come out and can be cleaned.

Remember to turn off the water fisrt as well as the power to the machine.
Hope this helps.
