I helped a friend of mine pick out a new machine a while back.Being that it is new is a very attractive feature, plus it came with a full waranty. Not knowing that a call to Whirlpool was going to be coming so soon, I was frankly suprised. The machine is simply leaking. My friend tells me that durring the wash it is fine, once it is in the rinse, take out the mop, you are going to need it. Whirlpool came out, the thing did not leak at all. ????? I was not sure what to make of it. according to my friend, the man did not even take it apart and look inside( kind of silly if you ask me) and left and said that it was fine. What do you think?
