Howdy everyone!

Maybe this is a crazy request, but I'm looking seriously at Mickeyd's suggestion that I trade my 1965 Coppertone Lady K set, soon to arrive in Charlotte, for his 1963 turq. Lady K washer. The 1963 Lady K washer is near the top of my 'dream machines' list in both regular and suds models, and his sure looks like a beaut. BUT, if I'm going to wave goodbye to a nice Coppertone set, I'd like to replace it piece for piece with another.

So, if anyone has or knows of a nice Turqoise 1963 Lady K dryer that needs a good home, please let me know!

I believe that this is a 1963 Lady K Dryer.

I just typed in washer this morning, and up came this set... It's a haul, but will complete your dream set...

Just wanted you to know....

Lady K dryers....

Looks like a '64 to me. I think Trainguy in Pittsburgh also had a turquoise '65 available (as of a few weeks ago).

That is a 1964 Kenmore dryer, and a nice looking one.

Have a good one,
James

My old 63 Turquoise Set

I don't remember where they ended up but I traded the matching 63 turquise set for those 69 Kenmore 800's in Tucson remember? Anyone know what became of those?

Didn't Nate have them in Tuscon before he moved to California?

Countryford has them now, and still polishes them with a soft cloth daily :-)

There you are Nate

I was wondering where you went, rumor has it you are in CA? Or is it Kansas City like your profile says?

Those 70 (I thought they are 69's) are still doing very well. My wife uses them to wash the delicates she doesn't want to put in the front loader (yeah I know and I tried to tell her) How are you doing?

Steven

I do still have the 1963 Lady Kenmore set in turquoise. They are currently in storage while they await their new home in a house, Steve and I are hoping to purchase soon. As soon as we get the house and fix it up, I will take pictrues of it(especially the laundry room) and post them on here. Justin
