That is the second one this week. There is another set that is right across the street from me. I would love to have a set, I do not have anyplace to put one here as of yet.

Have a question

What is the difference between a Highlander Maytag and the other models.....Since I have just started getting interested in "tags" I am really curious why it is called a HighLander.

IIRC, "Highlanders" were basic no frills washers, sort of an economy model. The people of Scotland were also known to be thrifty, no frills and also "highlanders"

Studebaker also marketed a basic no frills car and truck in the late 50's called Scotsman.(with a bit of success,too)
