hiya
just got a maytag from craigslist. unfortunatly, the wires were taken off the motor block and I dont have a wiring diagram to put the wires back on the motor. If anyone has a belt drive maytag that is the same model, can you help me out with some info?
thanks
Chris

finaly managed to get a photo taken of the wiring..

Hi there
Managed to locate a photo on the web of the motor with wiring in the correct spot...called a bud at an appliance repair and he told me to hold a lil mirror above the block, the color chart would be on top, VOILA! its wired..will be connecting it shortly to test it out. Sorry for the quality, camera on the cell does not do well in low light.
Thanks for the help and suggestions I recieved since the first posting.

TA-DA! It works!

Good news..just wired it up, filled it with water, flipped the door lock...motor started up in drain, advanced timer, went into wash, and with one more advance, went into drain again....man have I ever missed the sound of the maytag belt drive machines while they wash! this is going to be one fun project to finish off..the Kitchenaid by hobart Reagency will be on the back burner till I get this one up and running in a cabinet in the apartment I am getting built for it and my microwave...save some space on the counter for a Danby countertop dishwasher.....hehehe
Thanks again for the help and advice...
Chris
