The news have spread you got the Hoover Keymatic 3224 in working order. Great news. Its a such old and rare machine so i can contragulation you.

I wondered... Could you please make som videos of the machine in action. I dont think its many people who have seen one working, so it would be cool for all if you filmed the machine.

Hi Frederick, its work in progress now, we managed to fit the new door boot, and install a made up new suspension wire, the original snapped after I had it, dropping the drum & motor onto the large terminal block under it, am going through the large number of relay terminals this week to find a dogy connection, first water intake appears fine, no leaks from the hoses but the pump is stiff and currently soaking with a solution of limescal remover inside it!!!

The timer advances fine, keyplates all work, and the motor & gearbox just purrrr.....So vids coming soon, Cheers, Mike

p.s. see what I mean about the wiring relays!!!....LOl
