As you know we are looking for a dishwasher. The bottom of our countertop is 34-1/4 inches off the floor. The dishwasher we want is 35-1/4 inches tall. But the manual said that it has a 1 inch up and down adjustment. So my question is, is this dishwasher itself without any adjustment screws considered 35-1/4" inch tall and won't fit our space?

Well, after looking at other mfg's, it seem that Maytag is the only mfg that has a 35.25 inch tall dishwasher. It seems most brands are between 33 & 34 inches. Maytag and Jenn-Air (a division of Maytag) are all taller.
Isn't this strange? I thought all dishwashers came in a pretty standard size....
