Always borrow my LTC's compact SUV to transport wringers. I simply slide off the wringer and the machines fit in just right upright. I know that some Conventionals, Easies, in particular do not like to be left long on their sides. Tranny fluid leaks ensue. I'm sure Geoff will know, but to be safe, just pop off the wringer, and stand the machine in your trunk. Once, I had to move a Tag this way in my Monte Carlo, with the help of a few ties and bungees and some creative angling . Good Luck, Buddy. Wait for other responses. Mike |
