Yep, the money shot is the picture of the tub and agitator. I am betting this is one of the very first Amanas to come out, which might place this washer somewhere in the mid to later 80s. Have a good one, James |

My mother's aunt had the TOL model of this series, I always thought it was an abomination to have that Amana name on a Speed Queen but I was still reeling from the solid-tub being abandoned in 1980. The very early Amanas didn't have any stainless steel baskets, only porcelain. The side opening lid was a very appealing feature, reminiscent the Speed Queen heritage. Genuine porcelain top & lid, albeit wafer-thin.
