My dad has been in the hospital this week and I took off to be with him( Lung cancer surgery). Visit time is limited in intensive care and I can take only so much wating room so I got out today for a little bit to price some tires for my car and stopped by the app store where I found my maytags. No one was there but I could see a nice looking avocado Montgomery Wards in the window It looked narrow with something like a filterflow minibasket and it had a name under the lid but im too tired to remember it now. Been up since 4 this morn try to catch hin there tomorrow.

Re: Get Well Wishes:

Hi! Don, I'm sorry to hear about your Father's Surgery need and hope that he will have a real good recovery. I know what it is like having someone real close to you, going thru what your Father is going thru. It was unfortunate with my Relative, but I think that getting around to looking into any Surgery was way too late anyway for my Relative. You are all in my Prayer's and we are all here for you and your Family, whenever you need any of us to talk to or write to, either on the Club Site or
E-Mailing.

Peace, Prayer's and Hug's, Steve

Wards washer

Probably a Signature with the filter pan on the agitator. Wards and Norge machines never had Minibasket type accessories

Thanks again everybody. He's had another bad day but tonight at 9:00 he seemed much better and more alert. They think he will be moved out of icu tomorrow that will be much better. On the way there my friend was at his appliance store and I stopped to take a pic of the MW I saw yesterday and it was already gone! He said it was a 21" wide efficency seires and worked great plus he also let the matching dryer go that wasn`t working. Enjoyed talking to him about some of the olderthings he has found and he said he would call me if anything intresting came up.Thanks again everybody! Don
