And yes, the POD is a Kenmore.

Remember Mother's last year when this was the POD?

Woohoo!!

Took my favorite Mom to Best Buy today...checked out the numerous LG and Siemens machines and test-drove the Dyson Ball (still couldn't convince her to buy one though) :). And yes, she did get a few gifts and will get more next week!

Happy Mother's Day everyone!

Funny you should mention best buy Austin, i took a trip there today too. Did you check out the new LG dishwashers? They appear to be well made.

The control panel was sturdier than the Siemens machine that was next to it. SS interior didn't seem cheap either. Only time will tell how these new machines will fare.

I also was able to go to Lowe's today. I saw the new Maytag Neptune. I have to admit i am not really impressed with this machine at all. Seems like an LG knockoff, but as always it is just my opinion.

I really like those new Frigidaire fl's though. Seems like a lot of bang for the buck.

Re: Mother's Day:

"Happy Mother's Day, to Venus and all of our Mother's "God Rest Mine" be at Peace, but Spiritually here with me. I went with a dear "Extended Family" Mother to Church today and we went out for a Mid-Afternoon Dinner at a local Mexican Restaurant, called "3-Sister's" or in Spanish "Tres Hermana's" and it was quite good, for being our first time of checking out the Restaurant.

"BTW" I agree about making Venus our "Den Mother" and I really like the Outfit, but what about outfit's for her "Followers" of the Appliance Club???

Peace and Happy Scouting, Y'all Lil' Scouts, Steve

Venus is far too young to be my Mom,

But I gladly adopt her as a sister!
