My mother had a Superba that looked just like the one in the ad. I'm thinking we got it in 1975 or so, which replaced a BOL 1967 Hotpoint. She still remarks occasionally to this day what a great machine the KA was. Since joining AW I've wondered what model it was, and whether or not it had multi-level wash action, etc. Any thoughts? | ||

It is a KDS-17. I have this advertisement. The front picture of the unit is at the bottom of the ad. You can also distinguish a 16 from a 17 while in the open position by the upper rack design. The 16 upper rack has two vertical bars in the center that are fairly close together. The 17 model has the same two vertical bars in the center but they are farther apart. | ||
