Hi! Club Friend's, I wrote to Maytag last week to inquire about when they were going to bring the new Stackables out. I've "Copied" my info below:

I would like to know when Maytag is going to be introducing the new Neptune Stackable Washer and Dryer?

Re: Larger Capacity w/Windows:

Hi! Bob, I thought after I Posted, that I should have clarified on the Model's I was talking about. The New Neptune's that just came available with the Larger Capacity, I believe being called Maysung's. The ones that were just recently introduced that have the Sloped Control Panel's and they aren't able to be Stacked. I was at a local Fry's Electronic's recently checking them out and my Salesman Friend there told me that they were going to be introducing some similar Model's later on, that will be able to be Stacked, with the Window's on both Washers & Dryers.

Peace and Happy Laundring, Steve

New Tag Stackables

You gotta love those windows! Austin and I went to Best Buy yesterday and did a thorough tour of the major appliance dept. The big disappointment were the Siemens f/l washer and dryer. The washer was nice enough, but the dryer....oy! There was no window. It was just contoured moulding around the door to give the illusion of a window (that's been boarded up).

The big wow went to LG and their awesome set of black front loaders! Lots of buttons, chrome and (say YAY) windows! If Maytag can replicate that look, they might just start selling washers again!
